How to Register (Two Required Steps)

 Documents You’ll Need:

• Proof of Age: Upload a birth certificate or passport during registration.

• A passport style, current photo of your child.

Part 1: Register for USA Rugby

All players must hold a USA Rugby membership through Rugby Xplorer (RX). This includes national insurance and eligibility. Membership is valid for the calendar year.

USA Rugby Membership Fees

• Flag/Non-Contact (U8) – $16
• Contact Player (U10–U14) – $35

1. Log in or create a new account (parent’s name; you’ll link your child later).
2. Choose Register → Find a Club.
3. Select Orca Youth Rugby Club.
4. Link your child (if a new account). Instructions here.
5. Choose Youth as role, Season as duration.
6. Complete player details, waivers, and payment.
7. Receive a confirmation email once complete.

Part 2: Register for Orca Youth Rugby

Club registration is handled through Match Facts.

1. Sign in with your existing account or create a new one.
2. Choose Register a Person.
3. Select your player’s name.
4. Fill in personal details.
5. The system will assign the correct age group based on birthdate.
6. Select Orca Youth Rugby Club as your organization.
7. Complete waivers and payment.
8. If your athlete’s division has a weight requirement, SCYR will notify you about an in-person weigh-in
